1. Tire Bead Cutting Machine: A specialized device for removing the inner bead of a tire.

2. Tire Shredder: A specialized device for crushing tires after the inner bead has been cut off into rubber blocks of approximately 50 mm. The rubber strips after the initial crushing are sent back to the crushing chamber through a circular steel screen for further crushing. Rubber blocks meeting the requirements pass through the circular screen holes.

3. Rubber Medium Crusher: A specialized device for pulverizing the rubber blocks crushed by the tire shredder into rubber granules of 6-12 mm.

4. Magnetic Separator: The products exiting the rubber medium crusher include: rubber granules, steel wire, and fiber cloth. The steel wire can be separated using a magnetic separator.

5. Rubber Fine Crusher: A specialized device for pulverizing the 6-12 mm rubber granules from the rubber medium crusher into 1-3 mm granules at room temperature.

6. Double-disc rubber grinder: A specialized piece of equipment for grinding 5-10 mesh rubber granules into 40-120 mesh rubber powder.

7. Airflow separator: Creates airflow vortexes to separate rubber granules from fibers and classify rubber powder into coarse and fine particles. By adjusting the separator's accuracy, fine rubber powder ranging from 40-120 mesh can be separated.

8. Rubber powder quantitative bagging machine: Enables quantitative bagging as needed.
