Working Principle of a Waste Tyre Recycling Line

Tire Dismantling

After bead wire removal, the OTR dismantling machine cuts the tire into manageable sections for further processing.

Primary Shredding

The tire sections are fed into the tire shredding machine, which reduces them to rubber blocks of approximately 50-100mm in size.

Steel Wire Separation

The OTR tire steel wire separator removes residual steel wires from the rubber blocks, improving material purity.

Fine Grinding

The cleaned rubber blocks are processed through the rubber crusher machine to produce rubber granules or powder of the desired mesh size.

Magnetic and Fiber Separation
