Barrel Shredder

The RITECH specially designed IBC bucket and barrel shredder is a powerful, high-torque, and high-shear force heavy-duty equipment. It is intended to break down entire or flattened IBC barrels into small and uniform fragments all at once or continuously, making it convenient for subsequent cleaning, sorting (separating plastic from metal), and granulation recycling.

1.Strong crushing capability: Industrial Oil Drum Crushers(Compactors) are specifically designed for high-toughness HDPE plastic and lightweight steel frames, it can handle the entire barrel at once without the need for pre-cutting.

2.Anti-jump and anti-stuck: Hydraulic Drum Compactors with low-speed high-torque and hook-shaped blade design ensures continuous grasping and crushing of the materials, avoiding dangerous rebound or equipment jamming.

3.Efficient separation base: The size differences between the crushed plastic pieces and metal frame fragments become smaller, creating excellent conditions for subsequent magnetic separation (removing most of the steel) and eddy current separation (separating non-ferrous metals).

4.High automation and safety: Drum Crushers Compactors can be equipped with an automatic feeding system, hydraulic pushing, intelligent reverse (automatically reversing and discharging when encountering extremely hard foreign objects), overload protection and emergency stop, ensuring continuous safe production.
